• You can conveniently reserve your trailer online through our reservation portal, or contact us directly.

  • We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. However, as long as there is availability, you can make a reservation up to 48 hours in advance.

  • When your trailer is reserved, we’ll ask you to provide a location and delivery/pickup details. Unless otherwise requested, standard drop off time is 10:00 AM on the day of your reservation. Standard pickup is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM the morning following the final day of your reservation. You will not need to be present for pickup, only delivery. Please keep in mind, setup (handled by us) takes roughly 45 minutes.

  • For safety and insurance purposes, we handle all deliveries and pickups.

  • Yes, you will need to position the trailer within 100ft of a standard outdoor socket. We provide all necessary adapters.

  • Yes. Water is supplied via a standard garden hose hookup (we provide 100ft).

  • The trailer needs to be placed on level ground. Setup requires 300 sq ft of open space and 9ft overhead clearance. Proximity to an electrical supply and water source must also be considered.

  • Prices will vary based on demand. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates as well as seasonal pricing.

  • To ensure availability, we may require a deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits will be applied to your invoice and any remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the unit(s) via credit card, cash, or check.

  • We offer short-term and long-term rentals. We’ll be happy to customize a solution based on your needs. You may reserve online if you need the unit(s) for 1 day. Please contact us for rentals that exceed 1 day.

  • Yes, we can offer a variety of packages to suit your needs. We enjoy creating new partnerships and would be happy to answer your questions! Contact us for additional information.

  • We can provide cleaning services, though it’s not required. If you elect not to use our cleaning service, we kindly ask that you return the trailer in the condition it was received.

  • Some of our trailers are equipped with climate control, but please check individual product listings to make sure the trailer you’re considering suits your needs.

  • Yes! Steps are equipped with hand rails and we provide mats to prevent slippery conditions. Please contact us directly for winter rentals (Nov 1st – Mar 31st) so we can provide appropriate accommodations.

  • As long as there are no appointment conflicts, we are open to extensions on a day to day basis. Please contact us and we will work to accommodate.

  • Your trailer will arrive fully stocked. For rentals that exceed one week, you may opt to have us restock & clean on a weekly basis for an additional fee.

  • No. Unfortunately, we do not have any handicap accessible trailers for rent at this time.
